Virgin Media Acquisition: Wigan – 35 Standishgate, WN1 1YP

Virgin Media Limited has acquired 65 sq m (700 sq ft) of ground floor sales with ancillary stock and staff areas on ground floor by way of a new 5 year effectively full repairing and insuring lease, by way of service charge, from April 2016.

There is a tenant only option to break at the expiration of year 3 at an initial rent of £30,000 per annum exclusive.
