Specsavers Acquisition: 110, Watling Street, Towcester

Specsavers Optical Superstores Limited has acquired 101.25 sq m (1,090 sq ft) of ground floor sales with first and basement levels, by way of a new 10 year effectively full repairing and insuring lease, by way of service charge, from February 2018, with tenant break at the expiration of year 5.The initial rent is £26,000 per annum exclusive.
