Acting on behalf of Ashfield Land, we advised on the acquisition of the former Maples Department Store and were retained as letting and investment sale agents.

The lettings were concluded with Canons Health & Fitness, Fresh & Wild, New Heights and Le Monde Restaurants and the investment sold to the Unilever Pension Fund.
