The investment of unit B Poplar Park, a new circa 23,000 sq ft warehouse developed by Terramond, and let to PHS Limited has been sold to clients of Kenningtons. 

The joint selling agents, Williams Gunter Hardwick and GVA Grimley marketed the investment with an asking price of £1.85million. 

The final unit on the scheme (Unit D) totaling approximately 44,000 sq ft remains on available on either a freehold or leasehold basis.
