Having identified the lack of supply of employment land in the Clevedon area, we appeared at a Public Enquiry into the North Somerset Local Plan and successfully persuaded the Planning Inspector to recommend the
26 acre site to be allocated for employment purposes.

The North Somerset Local Plan was adopted in March 2007.  An outline planning application, for B1, B2 and B8 uses, has been obtained by ROK.
