St Peter’s Hospice has acquired 79.59 sq m (857 sq ft) on ground floor with ancillary accommodation by way of a new 10 year full repairing and insuring lease, with 6 month’s rent free and a review at the expiration of year 5. There is a tenant only option to break at the expiration of year 5 on a lease which commenced February 2016.
The initial rent is £18,000 per annum exclusive.
