SCREWFIX APPOINTS WILLIAMS GUNTER HARDWICK FOR NATIONAL EXPANSION
The UK’s largest direct supplier of trade tools, accessories and hardware products has announced a national expansion plan to open a further 100 sites across the UK.
Screwfix, which already has over 160 units nationwide, has appointed Bristol-based surveyors Williams Gunter Hardwick, alongside it’s existing agents, to secure units of between 464 – 1,115 sq m (3,200 -12,000 sq ft) in prominent roadside or industrial estates, with customer car parking across the UK to complement the existing network of trade counters that was launched in 2005.
Lucy Brady, Property Manager at Screwfix said; “We are building on our proposition of helping the tradesman to work smarter and faster and see this expansion as making us even more accessible to our customers.“

Acquired by the Kingfisher Group in 1998, Yeovil based Screwfix offers an excellent covenant.
