BRISTOL PROPERTY AGENTS HIRED TO FILL BATH'S BUSY HIGH STREETS
Bristol based commercial property agents, Williams Gunter Hardwick, have been instructed by Bath & North East Somerset Council’s Property Services Department to let shop units in the historic city’s main shopping thoroughfare.
The team is working with the council and joint agents Carter Jonas to fill two prime units on Stall Street and are sole agents on one fronting upmarket Milsom Street.
The Stall Street site is opposite the Roman Baths and in close proximity to retailers such as Next, BHS and Marks & Spencer. The site comprises two units, numbers 34 and 35/36, on a prominent corner of Stall Street and Bath Street that can provide various size options from just over 1,200 sq ft sales to a flagship store of over 12,150 sq ft depending on a retailer’s needs.
In Milsom Street, voted 'Britain's Best Fashion Street' in the Google Street View Awards 2010, the unit, which has 532 sq ft sales and ancillary storage, immediately adjoins T.M. Lewin and Cargo and opposite the Jolly’s department store.
